Current Opportunities
We’re currently hiring for the following roles. If you’re ready to take the next step in your career, Asphalt Driveways Auckland could be your next home.
1. Asphalt Labourers
Join our ground crews assisting with site prep, laying asphalt, compacting, edging, and clean-up. No experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
2. Experienced Machine Operators
We’re looking for operators skilled with diggers, rollers, bobcats, and pavers. A current WTR license is essential. Experience with driveways or roading projects is a strong advantage.
3. Truck Drivers
Transport materials, equipment, and asphalt to job sites across Auckland. Must hold a valid Class 2 or 4 license. Some manual labour may be required on-site.
4. Site Supervisors
Oversee on-site crews, scheduling, safety compliance, and client communication. Requires leadership experience in paving, roading, or civil works.
5. Project Coordinators
Assist with quoting, customer liaison, team scheduling, and job tracking. Great for those with admin experience in civil construction or trade-based services.
